To show off the best feature of this hard rolling tonneau cover right off the bat, we're gonna roll it back. Thing I like most about it is that once you pull that string or that cable, roll it back to the back cab of your truck, you secure it up here at the back of your truck, It reveals your fifth wheel or your gooseneck or whatever you have in your bed all while safely securing it underneath the hard cover. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install this Pace Edwards Switchblade Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover on our 2022 Chevrolet Colorado. Now a tonneau cover offers a lot of different benefits. I think it gives a much cleaner look to the truck, but functionally it's going to help with a couple things. It's gonna make this a little bit more aerodynamic and help with fuel economy, because we're not creating this large pocket on our tailgate where wind gets caught and creates drag, it'll just go over the top, and we're gonna keep prying eyes away from our stuff. Hi, everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install this Leer Tri-Fold Hard Tonneau Cover on our 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. So when looking for a tonneau cover, you can separate them into two main categories, the type of cover it is and the material. This one is going to be a hard cover as opposed to a soft cover, which is great because it's going to be a rigid structure, maximum security, so no one can come up with a pocket knife, cut it open and get to your stuff inside. It's gonna be a thick fiberglass reinforced plastic and be able to support a weight capacity of 450 pounds evenly distributed so what that kind of translates to is you've got your hands full of groceries, a cooler, a tool bag, anything like that, you can set it on top of the cover while you walk around and open up your tailgate to get access to open it up so you don't have to set anything on the ground. This can support a little bit of weight. more

Hi, everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Pace Edwards Switchblade Hard Tonneau Cover on our 2020 Ford F-150. This is going to be a canister-style hard tonneau cover, and what that means is once we pinch these levers together to unlock it, it's going to slide along these tracks, back into the canister at the front of the bed. Now, this style of cover is really nice because everything's contained here. It doesn't stuck up very high above the bed rails, if at all, so we're not blocking our back window like we might with a roll-up style or with a trifold style where it'll fully block that back window when it's fully open. And whenever we're ready to use it, we can just grab the pull cord and pull it out, covering the bed very easily. more

This is the Mountain Top EVOm Tonneau Cover with truck bed rails. It's going to be a high end tonneau cover, constructed of a series of aluminum slats (knocking on cover) that keep things protected underneath. And when pared in conjunction with your locking tailgate, keeps it away from would be thieves. When you're ready to open it up, it deploys and retracts (cover sliding) with that red cord up there. You can push it to the canister where it'll all store in place. Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover Installation - 2023 GMC Sierra 3500- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we have a 2023 GMC Sierra 3500 and we've installed the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Hard Tonneau Cover that's electric. Now this is a hard Tonneau cover, meaning when it's fully extended, it does actually have some rigidity to it rather than a soft one that can kind of flop around. And the great part is instead of having to fold it back, you can just open it up whenever you're ready at the push of a button. In under 30 seconds, you're able to either open or close your tonneau, which is really nice if your hands are full, you can simply push the button, have your tonneau cover open ready to go. And then when you load it up you can press the close button and know that it's sealed tight. Now the great part about this style of tonneau cover is once this is closed and you lock your vehicle, this creates a nice storage compartment that you can't get into. more

They've got the added layer of security, because a soft tonneau cover, anyone can come up and cut it open and get inside your bed. This one, it's going to be 5/8 of an inch thick, have aluminum underneath, so you've got that solid metal to keep people out. And then this fiberglass top, that's actually gonna stay a bit cooler than aluminum when it's out in the heat and just give you better protection for your truck. more

Hello neighbors. It's Brad here at etrailer. And today we're taking a look at the Truxedo truck sport soft roll up Tonneau cover on a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500. Having a truck is absolutely wonderful for doing whatever you need to as far as projects or putting anything that you need to load or move in the back. The problem is if it's not covered, anything that's in the back when it rains or if there's any weather, is affected by that. And also having a truck bed creates drag as wind goes through here and kind of slows you down. more

Now what makes this Tonneau Cover unique is the fact that it is powered. So with this remote here, I can extend or retract the cover into the canister up at the front nice and smooth, and I don't have to use any sort of levers or locks, everything is just done through this remote, and it's really nice and simple to use. Let's check it out. Now having everything power, definitely isn't necessary. It's one of those convenience features that you could do without. more
